Tips and trics

The last time we've spent quit some time off topic. This resulted in less time that could be directed to the chapter we've read. We're looking for suggestions or tips to fine-tune our workshop. So that all our attention goes out to the chapter at hand. This could be as simple as having the discipline to stick to the topic, or as elaborate as using some kind of high-tech meeting technique. But i'm afraid the latter would throw a whole new workshop.
